Eggleston to Replace Ruemmler as Next White House Counsel

President Barack Obama announced he is tapping attorney W. Neil Eggleston as his next White House counsel, bringing on a veteran Washington hand as his top legal adviser with more than two-and-a-half years left in his second term.
